He was creative and skilled enough to make the new bulkhead fit though my original doors were an odd size and configuration. His price is higher than other contractors I've had, but he was worth it for several reasons. He was always there when he said he would be. He knew exactly what to do with an unusual situation and he predicted the price and timeline accurately, so no surprises.
I would highly recommend him.

Storm damaged house including holes punched through roof and decking into the attic. Responded to call in a timely fashion. Was very professional but also personable in all actions. Replaced roof, repaired all roof decking, at a very reasonable cost compared to other quotes including from heavy television advertised "best deal" contractors. Work was done very well, on time, and on budget. Felt very comfortable with entire crew around the home, work was done well, cleaned up completely and all in all a good experience.

They had been recommended by several neighbors who were very happy with their work. We agree that Precision is the right company to go with. They really know what they are doing and were meticulous about putting in the windows and doing the outside trim.  They did a truly beautiful job! They even did new trim around some windows they were not replacing, so it all looked brand new and matched perfectly.
Regarding professionalism: One of the workers (who worked very hard and did a wonderful job) had a very gruff demeanor and mumbled and swore under his breath when he got frustrated. It was no problem for us. I don't know how small children would take it. I guess you would want the children out of the house just because of the loud hammering that goes on in removing the old windows and framing the new ones, so this probably wouldn't be an issue.
If you want to claim the energy tax deduction, don't forget to ask them to save the stickers from some windows, to prove what kind of windows you installed. This was mentioned by a previous client and was worthwhile.

Everything was included in one price. They did an outstanding job and John Schneider took care of everything, he got the whole job done and they were quick and they were clean. They did outstanding work as far as I am concerned. Those guys were great to work with they were friendly and they answered my questions.
