"In response to this customer complaint, we have contacted the customer, Irene Moreau in regards to this matter. Mr. Home was not contracted to work on the heating system. We were originally contracted to perform an exploratory to determine the source of water in the customers home. We determined the water was coming from condensation created by the vent from the heating system. The first photo shows the extension that Mr. Home put on the vent, free of charge, to prevent the moisture from returning once the area was repaired (what we were contracted for). The foam was put around the vent to seal the area so the customer would not be without heat as this job was done on one of the coldest weeks of the year.. Mr. Home returned to clean the area and the excess foam once it had time to set properly (second photo). Please contact Mr. Home with any further questions."
