 + -1 moreJob was supposed to take 4 days, instead took 2 weeks costing us lost rent. She promised us she would be there on every one of the 14 days it took to complete the job, only showed 4 times. If we knew she wasn't going to be there on the other 10 days we could have started other projects while we waited. Quality of taping was very poor (I could do better myself). Didn't use vacuum to sand so I had to clean up after her. Then she charged us 20% over her quoted price (we did not change the job after she quoted that price).
Description of Work: Drywall and sand about 450 sq.. ft of ceiling and a small bathroom in a rental property
