Donna Sady is our contact person with Classic Site Solutions and we think she's great in all sorts of ways. She's the one that we deal with. We tell her to come out when she can and if we had an urgent situation she would show up, but we try to make it comfortable for her. It's not usually that urgent and it's a matter of when you get a chance or, in other words, whenever you're here in this area can you give us a call. We work it out with her when she could come and she calls us ahead of time to tell us if she's in the area. Her company put the sprinklers in and they are very professional. We interviewed quite a few different companies maybe 15 or 20 years ago at the time and Classic Site Solutions prices were the most reasonable and we went with them. We have contact with them every year. She taught us how to adjust the heads of our sprinklers, so we usually call to ask her when she gets the chance to check them and she'll adjust them. One time a couple of them were broken, so we called her and she came and put in new ones. The price depends on what you have done, but it's fairly reasonable and she charges by the hour I think.
