 + -1 moreMade appointment at a time convenient to us and our neighbor, arrived promptly at 0700, stick built 10 x 10' shed on prepared site, and completed by 1 pm. He was extremely well orgainzed, brought all required materials on his pickup, worked continuously and efficiently, and cleaned up the site. He changed the double door width in keeping with our late request. The shed is well built with PT floor joists, 3/4" Pinnacle brand OSB flooring "guaranteed for 50 years," 3/8" particle board "111" type siding, 3 tab asphalt shingle roof, aluminum vents, and quality 3/4" pine doors and trim.
Description of Work: Provided all materials including "foundation" blocks for the 4 corners, stick built a 10 x 10 foot shed on our prepared surface, worked efficiently with no trips for additional materials, completed in 6 hours.
