We had no heat. Called and he was there when he said he would be. the price was fair and and we haven't had any problems since.

Instead of having me buy a new furnace and make money off of me, he told me that I didn't need a new furnace and simply repaired it. He returned my original call the same day. I felt he was an honest person. He did not leave a mess.
