Steve responded promptly by email. He provided details, options, advice and costs for various kinds of glass. The piece was fixed quickly and beautifully and at about 1/3 the cost of what I paid for a similar job a while back at another frame shop where the staff wasn't nearly as knowledgeable or friendly.
