Told me how the main shut off to my water supply was stuck open, and couldn't be shut off. If I ever had a water leak, which I did, he couldn't shut the water off to do the repair. Told me how to get in touch with the city to come and shut the water off at street level, so that then the repair could be completed. And to call him as soon as they came, so he could come right over and fix my leak.
He will also put in a new toilet and vanity in my bath in the near future.
He managed to get all the downspouts away from the house, managed to find downspouts small enough and worked with the seamless gutter folks to buy the long sections of gutter at the best price.
