Provider never answered my initial inquiry for a quote.

Made 2 phone calls on 2 different occasions, once asking for a mowing quote and once asking for a snow plowing quote.  They never returned either call.  They are the closest to the property I was asking for the quote for, so I figured I'd give them a 2nd chance when I called for the snow plowing quote.  Maybe the first non-returned call was an oversight.  Nope.  Never received any call back.  It would be much more professional to call back and say, "I appreciate your call.  I am no longer accepting new clients at this time."  That would leave the door open for me to consider them in the future if their schedule opens up.  But now I will never consider them, and I suggest that no one else call them since they are apparently too busy to be courteous.

Their clean-ups are very reasonable. They are reliable and I do not have to call them. They have a schedule that they stick to.

Always get back to me in a timely manor. They do a really good job for a fair price.

|Recently added snowplowing and am get happy with their work.

I saw the RJG trucks/equipment all over Belvidere (Lowell) for half of the summer and finally called for service, figuring that the rest of the area was on to something good (we are new since May '13). We'd been using someone out of Tewksbury who was good but very expensive and kinda slow to get to us because he was overwhelmed with requests.
I only WISH I'd called RJG right after we moved in. Totally prompt. Totally professional. Did an EXCELLENT job mowing, edging, etc. and trimming the hedges we have around 3/4 of our lot. The last fall mowing also included cutting down some of the dead flowers in prep for winter. Looked great and was a GREAT price ($45 for regular mowing, $150 for the hedges). Affordable, prompt, got the job done in an amazingly short amount of time.
So the fall arrived and the leaves began to coat the lawn. My husband says to me, would you call for leaf service once they all fall? I'm like, sure, no problem, figuring that it was something I'd have to request specially. Guess what? Didn't even have to call. RJG like, "knew" it needed to be done and there they were one morning without me even having to ask. Got all of the leaves from the lawn, flower beds, driveway, under the hedges and the street/gutter.
I almost did a cartwheel.

My experience with them was good. They are definitely thorough. They got back to me right away with the quote and I was happy with that.

They were very time efficient and professional. They are very extensive in their efforts and clean the whole yard. Their attention to detail is second to none.

What is nice is that they are very pleasant and very professional. In the winter-time they also do snow plowing. If he has to come back once or twice he will only charge you just that one price. He doesn't charge me for additional visits, he basically charges you once per snowstorm.
