First he did not shim the shower pan equally around the walls, this became an real issue for me when installing the shower walls and required extra time to make it work. \
He chipped the acrylic surface and rather then be up front about the issue he attempted to conceal. I later repair the issue with cement
Lastly, and the worse of it is he did not center the drain pipe on the drain pan and when he tightened the drain it did properly seal and started to leak. The leak stained the kitchen ceiling and require me to cut into the ceiling and replace the drain pipe and a use a new drain. When I confronted on he work, he said he told me the project was risky and he not be able to fix.
Bottom line their should be no reason why you should use this company for any project.
