Mike was professional and responsive to my concerns. I observed sawdust in the attic and I was concerned of termite or carpenter ants. Mike was out the next day to evaluate the situation. He quoted $50 to come out and if he has to treat the area he ll apply the $50 to the treatment cost. He arrived on time and advised me there were no bug issues or wood rot but was caused from me clearing snow around my chimney area which caused the dirt to pile up on the attic floor. He stated this was too easy and only charged me $25 dollars for coming out. I would definitely use Mike (owner) again.
