My experiences have been awesome and I have used them a few times. My insurance paid for most of the work after a deductible. I always bring my car to him and fight with my insurance company so I can bring my car to him. I always know I am going to get quality parts and not aftermarket parts. He will not put something on my car that he won't put on his car. My car had to stay in a bay at his shop for two weeks while the insurance company spent time getting other quotes and he did not charge me storage charges because he knew it was not my fault. He is fantastic and friendly. He matched the paint perfectly on the truck that he worked on. He has repaired three of our vehicles and each time he used the utmost professionalism. You would not know the car was in an accident. When he says the car will be ready, it will be ready. We also take our cars now to him for mechanical work, like oil changes and brake jobs.

Bob McKenna, Owner kept us informed of the process from start to finish. He called with updates hat included information from the insurance company.
His auto body work is fantastic - my vehicle looks like new.
His shop also does all mechanical work. His prices are reasonable and his staff are all professional.

This car is only 18 months old and so far needs only scheduled maintenance. For my previous car, I had used the Honda dealership for scheduled maintenance for about 3 years and was always amazed at how much they charged. Then someone with a similar vehicle recommended McKenna and O'Keefe. I've been using them ever since. I don't have the specific records, but over the next 7 years or more, I'm sure that I saved many hundreds of dollars keeping up my Honda Civic as it aged. Tell Bob that Doreen sent you.

They check everything out on my car for me. He goes above and beyond what I expect.

They gave me options as far as the bumper, since the car is older and I opted for a used bumper. They charged me the price that they had quoted. The work was done before they said it would be done. They did a great job in a timely manner. I would recommend them.
