TJ and Sean were awesome. They jumped in after we were stood up by Right Guys Moving (Fitchburg) and saved the day. They professionally moved our heaver items that we could not move.  They actually installed the washer and dryer! They were super nice and went above and beyond the whole time. I strongly recommend hiring this company.

First, let me say that they were very nice guys who did the best they could, given what they knew about moving.  Unfortunately, they knew hardly anything about moving and didn't seem to have much common sense about it.
Example -- my antique dining room table: 
I showed them all of the furniture wrapping supplies I had bought.  But they started carrying the table out without wrapping it to protect it.  I told them I wanted it wrapped.  They said that wrapping furniture makes it more slippery, and they might drop it.  I asked them to wrap it anyway and suggested they could wrap it snugly and securely enough that it wouldn't be slippery. 
They also wanted to move it without removing the legs.  I said that I thought that it was too big to fit, whole, around the turns in the staircase.  They were sure it could be done.  After banging it against the stairs and the walls, they conceded that it wouldn't fit and removed the legs. 
Since the tabletop had now been wrapped, they figured they didn't need to lift it to carry it.  They were dragging and rolling it along its edge until I stopped them.  The table was not in impeccable condition to start with, but there are now several cracks and chips in the mahogany that weren't there before. 
This was intended to be only a partial move.  Still, I wound up cutting back on what I had them move because I lost all confidence in their ability to move any more of my nice furniture.  Instead, I had them move some boxes of books. 
Again, they were friendly, hard-working guys.  I feel bad about having to give them such a negative report.  I probably wouldn't hesitate to hire them again if the only thing I needed moved was boxes of unbreakables that could be carried by one person.  I hope they can learn what they need to learn in order to provide the quality of moving services that I know they want to provide.
