When I founded Guedes Painting, my goal was to provide a high quality service at a fair price. After 10 years of working as an employee in Massachusetts on residential interior and exterior painting, I have made hard work and attention to detail a formula that Guedes Painting has flourished. I have one employee that works with me full time, and I have a second helper when needed. I offer 10% off for any and all customers as well as free estimates. We are fully licensed and insured and our staff guarantees quality workmanship because your satisfaction is number one, and excellence is what our name stands for. Guedes Painting is a family business that has been in business since 2011. Nilson, the owner, has his hands on every project. He personally ensures that every project is completed correctly and delivered with high quality. No subcontractors and no travel charges, ever. Nilson and crew did a fabulous job. House was powerwashed,shrubs covered,scraped and primed and replaced rotten wood then stained the body and painted all the while trim. He also sanded and retained our deck, April/May 2022. He is everything his website says and reviews are well deserved! Our 26 yr old home looks new again! He'll be our go to guy going forward! Nilson was responsive and prompt from our first contact for an estimate through to completion of the project - an interior painting of multiple rooms. We had cracks and other plaster to repair, as well as calcimine in a ceiling that was causing peeling; Nilson was very thorough with his prep work and the result is beautiful. Will definitely be using him again and recommending him to friends.

THE BEST! We have used Nilson's company twice. The first time was for the interior of our home. The following summer we had him to the exterior. Outstanding work both times. We have nothing but positive things to say about Nilson. He is very patient to explain everything and very detailed in his work and his pricing is great. Nilson and his crew are talented, respectful, hard working and tidy! I do not even have to worry about anything when having work done by Nilson...I know it will be done to perfection. Nilson did an excellent job! The garage had several different types of surfaces; plaster, cement and even waterproofed surfaces. Nilson applies different types of primer to ensure the finish job was perfect. He was a joy to work with; punctual, explained everything that would be done and why. It was a good investment.

Nilson came to repair/repaint the deck. He made sure to cover the bushes around the deck, and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. He also power-washed my moldy PVC fences and the house.

Nilson is fantastic. He showed up, we walked through the problems, he took a video of walking through the whole area which proved super helpful later, and we talked over options. Throughout, he was clear and concise and thoughtful. He also worked around my kids schedules which I really appreciate. He and his team did a great job! I'd definitely hire him again.

Nilsson Guedes was terrific to work with he was very prompt and responsive. He carefully reviewed the work that needed to be done and provided a very competitive quote and was good to work with as the project developed. I needed to do some small additional items and he provided a fair and reasonable offer for the additional work. I would highly recommend him and hire him again.

Nilson was great. Originally gave me a 7 day estimate but finished the project in 4 days. He was super flexible as we changed our mind on one of the colors 3 separate times and Nilson was extremely patient with us and held off on finishing the room until we finally made up our mind. He gave very insightful suggestions on what the best finishes were and was very considerate of our concerns regarding the strong smell of primer.

Nilson scheduled time to examine the work on site, reviewed the prior painting history with me and worked with the experts at Benjamin Moore to get the best combination of cleaners and paints. He then quoted the job (written quote via email) He exceeded our expectations with a great restoration job that's guaranteed to last. Some of the sections of the deck were extremely weathered, but when he finished up everything looks great. No drips, mess, brush marks or even a trace that he had been there when the job was finished. He worked around some nasty cold weather and always let me know what to expect and when things were happening. Also a nice guy to work with, and as it goes, not overly priced. As they say, you get what you pay for, and for my money, Guedes Paining is worth every penny!.
