Original appointment date was unexpectedly re-scheduled, but I was notified ahead of time and Frank showed up punctually on the new date. Price was reasonable, work was done quickly, and quality of work looks good. I would hire Frank again.

The work was done as stated and Frank left the place as clean as he found it. There was another small matter where the chimney goes through the attic. I had forgot to mention it, as I am not in the attic all that often. Frank fixed it up without an additional charge.

Frank is very pleasant and professional, and the work he did for us looks beautiful. I would hire Frank again. He worked quickly and cleaned up the area so there was nothing for us to take care of after he left. He thoughtfully put up a yellow caution tape across the stairs so no one would use them. We had hoped to give the work 48 hours to cure and the rain held off for almost exactly that amount of time!

It was a good experience. Frank was on time for both the estimate and work. He was fast, neat, on budget, had preprepared what he needed and came over on a Saturday. He was also a pleasure to deal with.
I'd had trouble getting anyone interested in a small repair job and had one suggestion that the right repair wold cost thousands of dollars. The work Frank did will hold up very nicely and was cost effective.
I will definitely call Frank again for any masonry work I need done.

They replaced/repaired the brick stairs and it came out great. It was very tricky at the railings, and has held up very well. The front looks perfect. Regarding the price, I can't recall the number so put in a WAG, but I remember at the time it was very reasonable.
