Luis is the best plumbing and heating professional that I have ever worked with. Not only does he do quality work, but his price is very fair. He is thorough, efficient and neat; He makes sure that everything is working perfectly before he will say the job is done. For anyone needing plumbing and/or heating for your current bath or kitchen or are in need of an update or planning total renovation, Luis is the best!

Mr. Fernandas and his team (Roy and Jess) are highly skilled and very professional. Thy are careful workers who listen to the customer. They were excellent at making recommendationsthat would save me money. Mr. Fernandas' prices are reasonable and I was particularly inpressed with the team's problem solving ability.
I plan on using them for all future plumbing work.

The 'services performed' section pretty much covers the whole story. Luis is a great plumber who helped us out after a bad situation. I compare his services to the company who took advantage of us during the flood by charging an exorbitant amount for a new water heater. Luis had offered to look at it and try to get the flooded one working again but I made a pressured decision while still out of state to go with another plumber who said I needed a new heater and left to purchase one before I gave my consent. Lesson learned the hard and expensive way.

We just moved into a new house and had a washer and gas dryer delivered. Unfortunately, the gas pipe coming into the house was 51 inches from the ground and you cannot buy gas tubing longer than 48 inches. We needed someone to extend the gas pipe so we could hook up the dryer. We figured this out at 11 am and started calling some plumbers. Luis quickly returned our call and offered to stop by at 3 and give us an estimate. There would be no charge for the estimate. In the end he extended the pipe, hooked up our dryer, and changed our water valve that needed to be replaced as well. He was very professional, answered all of our questions, and his price was reasonable and truthful to his estimate. We would use him in the future.

I looked up on the angies list with some one who has previously submitted report with good rating. I choose Luis plumbing since his location is very close proximity to my home. I called him and explained the problems. He is very responsive and attended the call with in 30 minutes since he is working on another job which is few miles away. He did explain the problem in great detail and suggested the cost effective solution , fixed all the issues in one call. I am very glad to have called him. I certainly keep him in my contact list due to his passion to work and his respectful way of request and response communication.

He came at the arranged time, took care of everything, explained the problems with getting the water out and did not settle for getting most of the water out, but managed to get it all out although there was no easy way to do it, and took care of the water heater, which had gone off when the water level rose.
