It went just fine. I got $10 off for repeat customer.
The mechanic claimed that we needed to replace the air filter, yet the air filter had been replaced by this provider about 6 months ago. The agent checked and confirmed this. I think the mechanic was spoken to afterward. Agent is very easy to work with (Joe).

They provide written quotes with description of the work; keep in contact with me to let me know when it'd be ready; final price was as quoted, no surprises. and the work was done in less time than I was told it'd be.

They cost me a lot of money for nothing. I've had three bad experiences with them. They kept trying different things, fiddling around with my car but they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I took it some place else and the guy said I needed a new battery. Also, CP & T gave me an oil change, I didn't need an oil change, that wasn't the problem. They did seem to want to help. I will not be using them again.
