The day we moved (6/20/18), the technician was right on time and handled a somewhat complicated setup very well, working with our son, who knew where we wanted everything to be located.. For some reason, the phone connection stopped working after a few days, but soon after we called Comcast about the problem, a service call was scheduled. The technician arrived within the expected time frame. He was personable, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. He gave the problem his full attention and a lot of time to get it right.

From gentlemen on the phone (Josh) who walked me threw all options from setting up my account to scheduleing the technician coming to my new apartment I was given a 12 to 2 window  and the technician was their promptly at noon which made my day even better because I didn't have to wait around all day he set up my cable and internet and walked me through everything I didn't feel rushed and it felt like it took him 20 mins to do everything the technician was very professional. Thank You
