Colleen Stripp, an Exclusive Buyer's Agent from Buyer's Choice Realty, served as our exclusive buyer's agent in our first real estate transaction. Colleen was completely on top of every detail, from visiting the property, helping us understand the steps we needed to follow, helping us find an inspector, attorney, and helping us come up with a fair price and successfully negotiate with the seller. Both my wife and I were totally impressed with Colleen's attention to detail and to the calendar, and her willingness to follow up every detail. At the start, Colleen explained what she could and could not do for us, and at each step she fulfilled that promise. I was most impressed with how Colleen tracked the progress of all outstanding issues, calling the seller's agent and my mortgage broker and attorney to insure that everything was progressing on schedule. Even after our successful closing, she is still helping us follow up with a couple of not yet settled issues. As her fee is paid by the seller, I cannot imagine why anyone would buy property without a buyer's agent.
