New car dealer body shop: 1 week/$1,800, (Couldn't start repair until 4 weeks).
Another local body shop, 1 week/$1,500, (Couldn't start repairs until 3 weeks}.
Duffy took car in for repair in less than 1 week and finished in 3 days.
Cost was $1,200.
The 4 year old car looks like new again.

This service was extremely great!!
In general, their customer response was good, they were courteous and eager to make the repairs needed to get the job done right. I marked the professionalism down because they should have noticed the bad alignment and should not have replaced taillights without gaskets and missing fasteners. These items were hidden behind upholstery panels and had I not removed them to check their work it would have gone unnoticed until water started leaking in or the taillight came loose and fell out.
I think there was more damage than was noticed by insurance estimator and the body shop. First of all, the interior panel that held the taillight was bent and that was the reason for misalignment. Second, I think the car was hit hard enough to spread it apart just enough to cause other alignment problems but would need accurate measurements to determine which was not done.
There was one last thing that irritated me and was probably due to the number of times I had to return. The last time I picked up the car, it had snowed the day before. They knew I was coming to pick it up, but they didn't make any attempt to remove the snow.
I switched body shops (from Duffy's) because despite their stated and quoted hours, they closed a half hour to an hour earlier. After three attempts to see them 30 minutes or more before closing I decided to go elsewhere.
An additional note: My experiences could be unusual as the provider told me I had returned more than any other customer.
