The name of one of the owners is Tom Costa and he and another fellow own this company. He did an excellent work. He does not mind us stealing around and watching him. He answers all of our questions and he enjoys explaining. He is very quick to respond and he happens to be a paramedic. The billing was taken care of through the fuel assistance agency.
