"I installed new concrete tack strips + 30yrds of memory foam w/ spill guard pad that I provided @ $60/roll (won't find that anywhere). Restretched 40yrds of carpet & then installed over 30LF of wood baseboards for only a total of $360. Expected me to install baseboards for free. Worst client I've dealt with."
