 + -1 moreNettSince it seemed the roofing work was necessary, I agree to go ahead in addition to replacing gutters. It seemed the leaking of the gutters had been addressed. However, in the spring when we had some heavy downpours, the gutters again were like waterfalls. I attempted to contact the contractor, Chris Limos, but the phone message was that he was not available. I tried again a few more times, but never heard from him. On August 8, 2012 I sent a registered letter to his address, but it was eventually returned undelivered. I eventually hired another company (from Angie's honor list) to repair the gutters. They had to replace the flashing. I tried to get background information on Mr. Limos, and found one contact that was familiar with his pattern of unsatisfactory work, as well as collecting money for work not completed. I was also able to find RMV records that indicated a long list of violations, license suspension, and criminal charges.
Description of Work: Repair of leaking gutters--remove gutter; remove silicone and window flashing; seal and refasten and add more brackets. Repair and patch of rubber roof--retracting screws; patch two rips around chimney; seal all seams and joints for completion. Two-year labor and 2-year guarantee against leaks.
