Terrible. I requested walls to be washed. I have a 1,000 square foot home. I removed most objects out of their way to save time. They spent time in living and dining rooms and two bedrooms. When they came in one of them said they would clean fronts of kitchen appliances and cupboards. They never did. No walls were cleaned. They didn’t enter kitchen, office, or two and a half baths. They cleaned windows, only for me to find the next day that they weren’t cleaned properly. When I asked what took three hours for two women to do what they did, I was told that my windows were “really dirty”. I watched them wash four windows in the back of my house and they spent not even ten minutes on each window. They charged me $300 and refused to come back and make things right. Cobwebs and dirt were still lingering everywhere when they were done.

This is why we have a checklist that is filled out during initial contact and review when we walk through with you the day of the cleaning. Lisa...You walked through the entire house and were very happy and paid before we left. We also did the inside and outside of 13 windows, removed all the cobwebs from popcorn ceilings as you asked, moved all furniture in the rooms you asked us to do and washed floors and baseboards and ceiling fans as well as light fixtures and as you asked. Moved and Cleaned underneath all the furniture, polished all furniture and removed everything and cleaned those items as well, swept and washed floors underneath and more. You asked us not to touch the office and that you clean your bathroom but wanted the con webs removed from ceiling there which we did. We are asking that any future customers understand that sometimes people have other issues that cause a review like this and consider all the wonderful reviews and satisfied customers we have had for the past five plus years.
