Very fast and efficient. Diagnosed problem on the phone, came with the right part, completed the repair quickly and cleaned up after himself.

Ralph spent more time in our house on his cell phone than he did actually working on the job. Although the job was completed OK he also attempted to frequently up sell. Spent far too long in our house. Incidently, he was the first to respond to my call to several plumbers in the local Yellow Pages, a lesson in itself and probably a reason for the cell phone activity.
