This is a real plus when I am really trying to sell a house and market it. They have excellent core specific and marking materials both for the selling and the buyer. They also do their homework by literally going in and looking at all the houses within $50,000 range of the price range that anyone is offering so people can compare the prices for what they’re getting. This helps the seller decide how to list the price and obviously the buyer can compare what the within range is of what was available. The reason that they are successful is because they under price compared to their competition so they will be selling which is great but I might not do as well. This may be necessary because the market that we are in but I have moved other similar houses and Coldwell Banker’s do tend to have offered a little low. On the other hand, they might assure a house for sale.
