+ -1 moreTHE OWNER CALLED ME BACK PROMPTLY AND SCHEDULED A TIME TO GET THE ESTIMATE DONE. THEN HE RESCHEDULED AT LEAST FOUR TIMES!!! THE LAST TIME, HE WAS SCHEDULED TO COME BY AT 10 AM ON A SUNDAY, AND CALLED AT 10 AM TO SAY HE'D BE AN HOUR LATE. THIS TYPE OF UNRELIABILITY DOES NOT IMPRESS ME. HOW MANY TIMES IS HE GOING TO RESCHEDULE THE JOB? HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS ON THE PHONE, AND SEEMED APOLOGETIC, BUT IN MY EXPERIENCE NOT A GOOD TIME MANAGER.
