 + -1 moreAfter describing the constant beeping and blank screen upon booting up, and what I attempted to do as a remedy, Luke offered a possible solution for me to try before bringing the unit in. Vendors usually don't offer a possible solution for free, Luke did. Once my pc was at the shop, I was given a time frame in which to expect the diagnosis. It was performed on a timely basis. The desktop was determined to be defective and Luke noticed that it was still under warranty. He worked with me in calling the manufacturer to obtain further diagnostic instructions before they authorized a return. Once authorized, all data was backed up before the unit was taken for shipping. As a CPA, not being able to back up some critical files was extremely frustrating. This vendor understood the seriousness and worked to ensure data was not lost. The price for all of this was VERY reasonable. Luke has a pleasant, professional personality.
