The gentleman was very nice and professional and described what he needed to do before doing anything. It was very nice to have a short discussion first. He replaced the pipe and cleaned up within 2 hours.

When K and J responded to our call (traditional hot water heater "died") they discussed the type of usage, replacement costs for traditional vs tankless and helped us come the correct decision for our needs. The job was completed promptly. Also, there happened to be a rebate from the local gas company and K and J made us aware of that and helped with the paperwork to ensure we received the rebate.
