Initial firewood was ok in 2017 but last two cords in 2018 were over 35% moisture. Called received no call back. The father called and said they would resolve the issue, contacted him back after determining a few ideas for solutions (Had nowhere to put a replacement cord and they wouldn't refund) didn't return 3 calls. Finally called back and said they were out of business and too bad I took too long to get in touch with them with proposed solutions. Ridiculous.
