Classic Construction

We could not be happier with the results.
The architect, Ralph Kilfoyle, made some suggestions which we might not have considered. His design gave us more room than we thought we would need, but we are glad we went with his recommendation. Everyone who comes into the room says and quot;Wowand quot;.
As I said, the whole process was smooth, and the result is a room which we will live in and love.

This was the first time we have ever tackled such a large project on our home. We chose Classic Construction from a lengthy list of contractors. Michael, Bryan and their team were recommended to us by a friend. We saw another very similar addition project that they completed and it turned out nicely. We liked working with them very much. The team was professional, Michael always maintained a schedule and the payments were nicely spread out over time. They agreed to work with our own electrician and plumber (who we've known for years). We trusted the Classic Construction team in our home while we were away on vacation and they did a beautiful job from start to finish. They would keep us informed of any issues that arose and they had a good working relationship with our architect throughout the process. We will contact them for any future projects and we always recommend them to our friends and neighbors. We are very happy to have found them!

They completed the emergency repair to the roof within a few days after the hurricane, and then the 50-foot gutter was replaced as fast as was feasible. Mike, Bryan, and Bob are very personable, very easy to work with, very experienced, and leave us with a very good feeling. We expect to do significantly more work with them, including replacement of our entire roof.

I had several contractors look at the kitchen job and give estimates, and Classic Construction was the only one to listen to how I wanted to use the space in my kitchen. The project was going to involve opening a wall between the kitchen and dining rooms. However, on demolition day they discovered that the furnace chimney was not in the same location on the first floor as it was in the basement. Before I even knew there was an issue, they had called in the kitchen designer and had a new design for me that same day. They were proactive and had a great solution to a problem. I love my kitchen every time I walk into it. Everyone involved in working on the project was great and respectful of my home. They did the job in the time line they specified and for the price they specified. My kitchen is on their website--the one with the green granite counters and cherry shaker cabinets. In 2009 I had them come back and replace all the windows in my house because I knew they would do a good job, knew they would help me select the best windows for my home, and I could trust them to come and go from my home when I was not there.

CORNERSTONE CONSTRUCTION DID THE WORK. Mike and Paul were great. Detail oriented, funny, easy to get along with. I added extra jobs as the room progressed and they were more than happy to give me ideas on how to solve problems and did the extra jobs. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They did the work well. They completed on time. Chris was very helpful clearing out several feet of snow. He was very quick about it.

Everything went well. They were timely and responded to calls immediately.

Bryan Gannon and Mike Abraham are a good working team. They had great ideas for solving my construction issues and connected me to a great kitchen design store where I bought all my cabinets. They got the job done on time and as planned. I had been through another kitchen rehab, so I know that their prices and project time line were reasonable. In 2008 they returned to replace all of my 1920 windows with energy efficient windows. Again a great job done on time and as estimated.
