The landscapers were careless and inconsiderate. They trampled and raked over beds of budding perennials, crushing and pulling many plants out of the ground! After notifying SavATree, Alton Cole assured us that ���this amount of disturbance is to be expected.��� Had this been made clear to us, we wouldn't have hired them! They didn't offer to compensate us for any of the damages. Five weeks later, the trampled parts of the garden have died and turned brown. The crushed and uprooted plants are lost for the season. Lowden SavATree was NOT worth the money or the sacrifice of our garden.

The tree contractor did a very good job once we received certificates of insurance and scheduled work. However, it took about two weeks for our receipt of certificates of insurance - a task which should have taken only a few days. I was impressed with the tree contractor's knowledge and ability to artistically prune the trees.

Professional, knowlegeable arborist made excellent recommendations. Work planned and completed at agreed date. The back yard was shady with overgrown trees. Now it looks latural but light and I feel my house can breathe again. Good work. I have used this company before and found their work benefited the trees.
