Description of Work: I use them for tree work. Thinning branches, reducing height, pest control for winter moth and woolly adelgid on hemlocks. | |They have great capability, with all the equipment they need to do the jobs well. Reliable and predictable. Reasonably priced, though this kind of work is always expensive. They spray large trees, which not everyone can do. I have commented in prior years that the spraying of trunks for adelgid did not give 100% coverage, but generally the pest appears to be under control. | |I had one problem last year, to which Jonathan was very responsive, and was addressed to my satisfaction. | |I will certainly continue to rely on them.

Description of Work: I hired Bransfield Tree company to address pest problems in our trees (winter moth, wooly aldegids, etc). After some initial communication problems which were dealt with and explained satisfactorily, they came and did all that we agreed to and were prompt, on time and very courteous. We will have them follow up in the Spring for the Spring Winter Moth problem and I have every expectation that they will deliver what we agreed to at the agreed upon time.

+ -1 moreJonathan did a great job. He came to the house and provided a free estimate, which exactly matched his final price. His estimate was considerably lower than another that I had received, and he recommended less work than the previous company, as he thought removal of several other living trees was unneccessary. He came a few weeks later and performed the above work, cleaning up the branches and leaf litter when he was through, including sweeping our patio.
Description of Work: removal of 2 dead trees and one living Norway maple (which was threatening a very old butternut); trimming back of branches from 3-4 other trees which were overhanging the house
