Music Instruction
Started out very well, but seemed a bit slow moving at first. Parents need to attend class for quite a while, and then are asked to help students practice every day.
Class was with friends, so it was fun.
Homework and practice time is checked each week.
First semester went okay, but second semester suddenly jumped ahead very fast, without parents in the class, and not having musical background, i could not help her along practicing everyday.
Very stressful class to perform well each week.
Class includes some singing, but concentrates on learning solfege, and reading notes. Became a bit too hard to keep up.
If a child is seriously interested in piano it will be good for them, but private lessons may make a better personable environment in the long run.
i liked the program, but it was just not a good fit for my daughter and i.
