I know we are like many customers who shop at Wilson's at least once a week and we're always satisfied.

Some examples of the Wilson experience:

When we make our annual trip to purchase a Christmas tree the Wilson customer rep will cheerfully spend hours with us, showing us different trees until we find just the and quot;right one.and quot;

When my parents.died I ordered funeral arrangements through the Wilson flower department. I met with the florist ,who asked me what I wanted, made helpful suggestions, and was very sympathetic.. The total cost was very reasonable, significantly less than I would have been charged by other florists. The floral arrangements were spectacular.

While they sell arrangements for special occaisions,, the florists are happy to consult and make suggestions when we buy cut flowers.

Every weekend they offer free food samples and activities. Special activities are often for children, and the Wilson staff are always patient and kind with our grandchildren. The children are allowed to visit one of the barns in back where there are chickens, llamas, pigs, and calves.

The biggest negative about the Wilson's shopping experience is that it is often very crowded. Unless you get there early AM or late in the day, you may need to wait to get in. Two parking lots are often full on weekends, and during holidays they hire traffic directors.

During those busy times you will spend a lot of time waiting in check-out lines.

The other possible negative is that you always end up buying more than you planned. Everything is displayed so attractively and free samples taste so good that you spend more.

It's clear that all Wilsons employees are schooled in customer service. When I ask for help in finding an item, the Wislons associate will take me to the item, rather than just telling me where to look.
When I've ordered special occaision flowers and baked goods I have met with the baker for floral designer and carefully explained exactly what I want and I've never been disappointed.
When we go to Wilsons to purchase our Christmas tree the associate is endlessly patient while I search for the and quot; perfectand quot; tree, even when other customers are waiting.
As you can imagine, Wilsons is a very large operation, not a little farm stand. They are hugely poplular with locals and it's best to arrive early on weekends in order to avoid the crowds and find a parking spot.

They can do anything and they are very talented. They have lots of pictures of past work and they are very accommodating. The cakes are delicious. I have used them to buy cakes for kid's parties. I will give them an "A" on everything.

Their full time chef also conducts cooking lessons and prepares wonderful foods.
