The landscape designer and direct contact has a nice sales pitch. However, he was unresponsive and unavailable at many times, and made some unprofessional appearances at our house. The promises of service appeared as is common to have a sense of favor implied, as if the outragous final bill did not mitigate... The Wagon Wheel Owner and his son were always direct and responsive with us, but as mentioned above - the direct on site contact clearly had problems. When we actively -- and this homeowner comes from a line of amateur gardeners, some of which have national roles, pursued our own designs and had some beautiful work done by other landscapers, we had a call from the Wagoon Wheel design landscaper who ranted inappripriately about his efforts for our backyard, which we had not requested at all. He had mentioned that he wanted to "draw" something, which we never ever heard of again until monnths later when he heard we had also worked with ohters. In summary, this is a blemish on Wagoon Wheel Nurseries. The Owners should obvioulsy realize that this type of coustomer abuse leads to a bad reputation.
