Description of Work: Unhappy with service. The commercials says they're available 24 hours -- which they are not. After placing an order at 1am on Friday I needed to contact customer service. Found out that Customer Service ends at midnight Friday and was not avail until 8am Monday. I emailed cust service over the weekend and they answered within 24 hours that I could cancel the order and start again. Tried to cancel on Sunday but system would not let me. Order shipped Monday and I paid $22 rush charges for something I could have changed if I'd placed the order one hour earlier. If you say you're available 24 hours it doesn't mean ONLY your website is available. Every business on the web is available 24 hours!
