Great. Better products than I expected, better quality than I expected. Don't use your local printer, use VistaPrint because they are lower priced and better quality AND they ship it to your home or office.

I had an excellent experience and will definitely order through Vistaprint in the future. I received my business cards earlier than expected, which was wonderful, and they looked amazing.

They do quality work and a fairly quick turn around. I was very satisfied with what they did, and the price was very good.

The process was as smooth as it gets. The templates they provide match what is printed. There were no surprises. The options they provided to boost their sales were understood but got in the way a little. I was given the opportunity throughout the process to skip the additional choices which was very nice. The cards arrive quickly. I really like VistaPrint a lot.

It's a local place and it's just a small run. There was no hassle and the prices are great. They have a tight schedule but I only used them once. They were on time and they delivered it when they said they would.

They were reasonably priced and delivery was on time. Very happy with their service and I will use them again.

I ordered my Christmas cards online. The price was reasonable and I've used them before for business cards and invitations. I waited and waited for them. Then I got a notice that they would be delivered on 12/23/13. I had ordered them on 12/9/13! There was no way that I could get them out in time for Christmas. So, I called today. After waiting a looooooooooooooooong time, the representative explained that I had selected standard rate for delivery so it would take two weeks. My comment, "Are they coming by mule train?" Then I argued that standard rate for other companies was two days and that this was a rip-off. I had forgotten that this same thing happened to me last year. By the way, the other rate selections were ridiculously high. Hopefully, I have learned my lesson. Thanks for listening.

I've used VistaPrint in the past for quick-run low budget printing. They did an OK job on that with business cards, postcards and such. This time I tried to use them for a tri-fold brochure. I downloaded their template to make sure I was setting it up correctly. When I got the job it was off center. I double checked to make sure I used the template correct. I did. I called about the issue and was told to send it again and they would reprint it. I tried to make some adjustments that went AGAINST whattheir template layout. It was still wrong. Another call and it went to the press a third time. NEVER came out right after 3 print runs!!! The customer service is out-sourced to India so don't expect good service either. For cheap low-budget business cards, post cards and a real cheap website it might be worth it. But if you want high quality, top-notch service look else where.

Well the mugs came in the mail in less then a week. But some how the image was not the one of the two I uploaded. I called customer service. And I was impressed, a normal English speaking agent help me with the problem. Since I was new at this first order, I got a full refund and the right mugs sent. Thank you Vistaprint!!!

Vista Print has a very user friendly website. I designed cards for two different businesses. There turn-around time was fast and the quality of the product was very satisfactory. Many design and paper types are available. They also offer many other marketing tools and a good discount for return business.

It was very simple to go online and order what I was wanting. I also purchased a webpage for my business through them but I have not had the time to use it. I had to call the customer service and they were very helpful and courteous. I hung up the telephone feeling good about the call. Some businesses I call and they were bad. They were knowledgeable and I did not have to wait for a long time. They offer a lot of discounts and coupons. I had signed up for their email list and so I got offers quite often and because of a coupon it prompted me to go with them in the first place.

Vistaprint were professional and they did exactly what I wanted them to do. I got the signs in 3 days so it was a good thing. I had a little issue with the editing program but I called them up and they worked on the program while I was online.

I thought they were fine. They are cheap, I mean inexpensive. They have all kinds of sales all the time.

I have used Vista Print for a number of years, to produce marketing materials for a companies, fund raisers, etc. They offer a wide range of products and services, and do a great job. When I served as the Chief Technology Officer at Commonwealth Medicine / UHealthSolutions, for example, I ordered business cards from Vista Print -- that were ~50% cheaper and much higher quality than the existing 'print shop' vendor that company had been using. They also arrived in less than a week, in time for a major conference. You can order virtually anything needed for a marketing / publicity campaign, organization, community fund-raiser, etc. -- including signs, brochures, business cards, coffee cups, custom printed shirts, etc. etc. Vista Print is a reliable and cost-effective source, with good service. They are an on-line provider and they are quick and inexpensive. They have an amazing turnaround time; what you see is what you get. It is convenient and you get adorable, cute, and customized invitations; although the paper is not real fancy.

I was very pleased with my experience. My order was quickly processed and delivered. Unfortunately, my first delivery didn't make it to my door. UPS was unable to provide information about where the package might have gone, so they encouraged me to contact the shipper (Vistaprint). I was surprised that the customer service representative kindly offered to reprint my order and ship as a rush delivery at no cost to me. I received the second order a day earlier than she even quoted! The cards looked great and I was able to get them out in time.

Submitted first order with designs on November 18th. 2012. The confirmation email said I could expect my order in 14 days - which was December 3rd. On December 4th, after checking the UPS tracking number provided multiple times with it saying the item was at a UPS facility, I contacted Vista Print via their web chat customer service interface. (Note: I had placed an additional order for a client in between those two dates as well). On the webchat, I was told "they were sorry" and they "re-ordered the item and it would be there in 4 days." Four days, five days, six days, and seven days later I decided to contact them this time by phone and was told they had "reordered the wrong, most recent order." I was told yet again, I would "receive my order in four days." I called again two days later to ask them what the 100% satisfaction guarantee they had on their website meant since this was the worst experience I had with a printer. The manager told me "they couldn't do anything for me and that it was just a mistake." When I told her I would probably be moving on with a company locally, she didn't seemed phased and actually said "Well, best of luck on that!"

Vistaprint were very easy to use. They had several different templates that I could choose between for the overall design. There was a wide variety of things that would cover all kinds of occasions that you might do. So I was able to select something very quickly. The family members commented on how classy looking the invitations were. The price was great.

I love Vista Print! I have been using them for years for signs, posters, banners and even my wedding invitations.The are fast, competitively priced, and you can design your own online and see your design before you agree to print.

They get the product out very quickly. The design is exactly as you do it online. They have really good discounts and deals. They are the cheapest company around.

It is an online service but I also talked to them on the phone multiple times because there were certain things I was trying to do and I needed help with formatting because I designed my own invitation. The people on the phone were really good; they were so polite, and it was the best customer service I have ever received. I was expecting bad service because they’re online and they don’t actually have to see the customer but they took the time to help me. I had a specific invitation but they didn’t have any matching stickers. While I was on the phone with them, they actually designed a matching sticker for me. I was able to go on the website and pick it. They weren’t rushing me or anything; they took their time to help me out. The people on the phone are actually technically savvy and they know how to do the computer design things on the phone. I was impressed. The price is good and they always have deals. I had an issue with what I was trying to do and to make up for it, they gave me free rush shipping. That saved me $70. My wedding invitations cost me $1 per card and that included a matching personalized envelope in full color. I paid extra to get the high quality card stock and full color on both sides; the price was still really good. The price for the shipping is very good and very reasonable. I used them again to print my business cards and I am going to use them soon to print my own greeting cards because their price is so reasonable. I’ll draw it and scan it and then create a greeting card on their website. You have to be smart; you have to sign up for their emails. They are smart with their marketing and they knew that I was looking for wedding invitations on their website so they sent me a coupon. That’s why I used them.

They were very good on service and they had super prices. Their website is very easy to use.

I found that they are the most direct and simple to work with. They had a promotion going on that had expired by a couple of hours. I called the receptionist and she was able to honor the promotion and give me a deal on the printing. She also helped me with adjusting some of the spacing in my design and I found her to be very professional
