Great.   Better products than I expected, better quality than I expected.   Don't use your local printer, use VistaPrint because they are lower priced and better quality AND they ship it to your home or office.

I had an excellent experience and will definitely order through Vistaprint in the future. I received my business cards earlier than expected, which was wonderful, and they looked amazing.

The process was as smooth as it gets.  The templates they provide match what is printed.  There were no surprises.  The options they provided to boost their sales were understood but got in the way a little.  I was given the opportunity throughout the process to skip the additional choices which was very nice.
The cards arrive quickly.  I really like VistaPrint a lot.

They do quality work and a fairly quick turn around. I was very satisfied with what they did, and the price was very good.

It's a local place and it's just a small run. There was no hassle and the prices are great. They have a tight schedule but I only used them once. They were on time and they delivered it when they said they would.

They were reasonably priced and delivery was on time.

I ordered my Christmas cards online.  The price was reasonable and I've used them before for business cards and invitations.  I waited and waited for them.  Then I got a notice that they would be delivered on 12/23/13.  I had ordered them on 12/9/13!  There was no way that I could get them out in time for Christmas.  So, I called today. After waiting a looooooooooooooooong time, the representative explained that I had selected standard rate for delivery so it would take two weeks.  My comment, "Are they coming by mule train?"  Then I argued that standard rate for other companies was two days and that this was a rip-off.  I had forgotten that this same thing happened to me last year.  By the way, the other rate selections were ridiculously high.  Hopefully, I have learned my lesson.  Thanks for listening.

I've used VistaPrint in the past for quick-run low budget printing. They did an OK job on that with business cards, postcards and such. This time I tried to use them for a tri-fold brochure. I downloaded their template to make sure I was setting it up correctly. When I got the job it was off center. I double checked to make sure I used the template correct. I did. I called about the issue and was told to send it again and they would reprint it. I tried to make some adjustments that went AGAINST whattheir template layout. It was still wrong. Another call and it went to the press a third time. NEVER came out right after 3 print runs!!! The customer service is out-sourced to India so don't expect good service either. 
For cheap low-budget business cards, post cards and a real cheap website it might be worth it. But if you want high quality, top-notch service look else where.

Well the mugs came in the mail in less then a week. But some how the image was not the one of the two I uploaded. I called customer service. And I was impressed, a normal English speaking agent help me with the problem. Since I was new at this first order, I got a full refund and the right mugs sent. Thank you Vistaprint!!!

Vista Print has a very user friendly website.  I designed cards for two different businesses.  There turn-around time was fast and the quality of the product was very satisfactory.  Many design and paper types are available.  They also offer many other marketing tools and a good discount for return business.

It was very simple to go online and order what I was wanting. I also purchased a webpage for my business through them but I have not had the time to use it. I had to call the customer service and they were very helpful and courteous. I hung up the telephone feeling good about the call. Some businesses I call and they were bad. They were knowledgeable and I did not have to wait for a long time. They offer a lot of discounts and coupons. I had signed up for their email list and so I got offers quite often and because of a coupon it prompted me to go with them in the first place.

Vistaprint were professional and they did exactly what I wanted them to do. I got the signs in 3 days so it was a good thing. I had a little issue with the editing program but I called them up and they worked on the program while I was online.

I thought they were fine. They are cheap, I mean inexpensive. They have all kinds of sales all the time.

I have used Vista Print for a number of years, to produce marketing materials for a companies, fund raisers, etc.  They offer a wide range of products and services, and do a great job.
When I served as the Chief Technology Officer at Commonwealth Medicine / UHealthSolutions, for example, I ordered business cards from Vista Print -- that were ~50% cheaper and much higher quality than the existing 'print shop' vendor that company had been using.  They also arrived in less than a week, in time for a major conference.  
You can order virtually anything needed for a marketing / publicity campaign, organization, community fund-raiser, etc. -- including signs, brochures, business cards, coffee cups, custom printed shirts, etc. etc.  Vista Print is a reliable and cost-effective source, with good service.
