Sally was responsive from the beginning of the design process to the end of the renovation. She sat and listened to our needs, came up with numerous designs and reworked them until we were happy. She also brought in knowledgeable people to help estimate costs and provide structural engineering. Sally identified windows and doors, made suggestions for cabinets and lighting and gave us honest feedback throughout. Sally was responsive through the building process as she helped us resolve issues and answered numerous questions. After the job was completed, she came to see the work.
Description of Work: Provided designs and plans for major renovation. Worked with us to create a kitchen that fit with the period of the house from floor plan to cabinets, lighting, windows and doors. Helped us with estimates, recommended builders and structural engineers, helped resolve problems that came up during the job and answered numerous questions.
