Reproductive Science Center

★★★★★ Dr Glatstein and his staff at RSC are incredible. Dr G worked with us on recommendations from a second opinion and brought our case to the board for further expertise. We've been going to RSC for 6 years and have a wonderful 5 year old and 3 year old and baby #3 on the way. We were told we had less than a 1% chance of conceiving on our own and here we are with hopefully 3 beautiful children that have changed our lives. RSC is extremely efficient, professional and have a great bedside manner. I've had more tests and procedures than I can count with no negative experiences. They listen to the patient and are informative and up front with all the information. We could not be happier with our treatment from RSC. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with infertility. Especially Dr Glatstein.

The office is in the back of a large building with multiple businesses. This is great for privacy, but shady if I were to come alone. The whole office is very small and simple. This is just a local office of the much bigger RSC in Lexington, MA. Dr Luzzo was very informative and helpful while we were in her office. She provided me with options that my previous doctor did not even suggest. I felt hopeful that there could possibly be something that we haven't tried that might work. She is very professional, almost to the point of being a little cold, but still very helpful. The nurse was also helpful, but also not especially friendly or compassionate. This is obviously a science for them and less of supporting struggling parents-to-be. My favorite person in the office is Julie, the receptionist. She is the best! I call her with all my questions and needs and she finds me answers and gets back to me in good time. She also is very compassionate and caring. She is their saving grace when it comes to bedside manner. I have not done my first cycle so I will have to update my review in a couple months. Fingers crossed!!!

I went through 2 IVF trials and got pregnant on the second one.
Doctor is very professional and knowledgeable.
Nurses are okay with exception of a couple.
Front desk secretaries are polite and pleasant
Patients services department representatives are all nice with exception of one
lady that acts on the phone as if she is going through constant mood swings.

Dr Pang and his staff listened closely to our concerns and adapted the treatment plans as we went along. The level of care was excellent and their attention to detail, communication and bedside manner was superb. I myself am a physician and I viewed the overall clinic experience to be high quality. The clinic accommodated us very well, with easy early morning appointments and very good followup by phone. The treatments were successful, resulting in a beautiful baby. I highly recommend RSC.

Great! Everyone is incredibly professional, friendly and supportive. Our fertility issues were never diagnosed which is fairly common. Dr. Huang explained all of our options, she gave suggestions but let us make our own choices. When I opted to go straight to IVF after one unsuccessful round of IUI she was on board. The hard part was getting pregnant. After an uneventful pregnancy we now have a lovely little girl.

Very convenient hours; great communication from the staff.
