 + -1 moreVery well. I felt like the pricing was fair. This is a 1932 house and there are lots of old odd things that needed to be updated and fixed properly. We had gotten his information from a trusted general contractor though he works independently as well. He's licensed in Mass.
Description of Work: He checked for knob and tube wiring so we could get insulation. Replaced sconce with a new one and a switch, Replaced our front door timer, Repaired our chandelier and replaced the old one, Replaced two old outlets with grounded outlets. Gave estimates for two other projects - a new timer for our other outside door, new plug in staircase for timer. 9 hours to do everything.
