PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

Glen trained under the Obi Wan Kenobi of home inspectors. He clearly enjoys his work. He charges a fixed rate for the job, so he doesn't feel rushed. He arrived early, and spent five hours inspecting the property. I was impressed that he not only wanted things to look OK, he really wanted to be SURE they were OK. The house had steam radiators, with hot water baseboard in part: a more complicated heating system than most. He checked each component, he followed all the pipes, he examined the pumps, gages, etc. to make sure that it all added up in his mind, that it made sense. He also explained to my wife and me how each system (not just heat) in the house worked. Many contractor-types have a condescending attitude towards women, but we saw none of that. Within 24 hours of completing the inspection, he emailed a PDF report with color-photos, clear explanations of everything he found, what it meant, and what he recommended to address it. I give him A+.
