This cleaner can handle items that others won't in terms of mixed materials.  They are meticulous.  E.g., sweaters have been depilled.  Expensive but worth it for good clothing and other dry cleanable.

I take all my fine dry cleaning to Personal Cleaners.  They are a little more expensive than some of the other choices around, but they do impeccable work. They remove pilling from sweaters and fold and bag items as appropriate. They use ecological cleaning products and there is no chemical reside or odor on the clothes. In addition to cleaning they will store woolen over the summer without additional cost.

We specifically asked Roman NOT to cut the pants legs to shorten them, but to hem them....when we returned to try on the pants, they had been cut within 1" of the hem.  If the pants shrank or we decided to let the hem down to wear with higher heels, it would not be possible because the tailor COMPLETELY DISREGARDED OUR INSTRUCTIONS.
We asked Roman for a refund...2 years and we are still waiting...he says we can come in and pay for the tailoring and take our pants if we want....very poor way to treat a 10 year customer.
We have found another dry cleaner that we can trust.

They are very good. They have been very reliable. They are very personable. I like to deal with people that I can talk to and who explains things to me.

They are very responsive to problems you have. They are very good.

Unfortunately, they altered the dress itself (and quite nicely), but didn't alter the lining. It was too late to get it fixed in time for the wedding.

I haven't taken it back to be fixed yet - haven't had time and there wasn't time to do it before the wedding.

The price is a little high, but given the quality of the service I am willing to pay the price. This company stands head and shoulders above the other cleaners I have been to. I know the owner, Roman, who is all about quality and customer service. The staff is extremely friendly and sometimes his family members work there. Personal Cleaners & Tailors are outstanding. I don't think their alterations were up to my expectations, however based on the strength of the service provided for dry cleaning I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We just moved to the area and are happy to have found this cleaner. They are very friendly and do a very nice job. They even managed to get melted chocolate off a pair of silk slacks without a mark left behind. They are also environmentally friendly in their cleaning practices.

I've used them as my dry cleaners for many years. Rarely a problem. If there is a problem, the owner takes it very seriously, and makes it right. The tailoring part of the business I've had less success with.

VERY GOOD SERVICE, ALWAYS POLITE. THE GENTLEMAN WHO WORKS THERE IS FANTASTIC AND WORKS ON MANY CLOTHES BY HAND, WITH GREAT CARE, AS WELL AS BEING VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
