i should have known things would not go well when no one showed up as scheduled for my estimate. I called and was told that the manager had gone to the wrong appointment! I did then get an estimate, and walked through the house explaining what I wanted done (kitchen appliances cleaned, floors cleaned, window blinds dusted, kitchen drawers wiped out) and that the house would be empty of furniture. The cleaner arrived on time, but didn't do half of the requested work!!! When I came back to check, the oven cleaner I had sprayed in the oven the night before (as they themselves had requested) was untouched inside the still dirty oven, and crumbs still littered the drawers. The stairs were still dusty between the railings, etc. I called up and spoke to the manager. To his credit, he did not throw his employee under the bus, taking the blame for a bad estimate on the time needed, and he arranged for the cleaner to come back and finish (for which my credit card was charged a second time!!!!). The work was eventually finished, to an underwhelming standard. Appliances were nicely cleaned, but the floors had some spots that just a little  elbow grease would have gotten up, and I ran a swiffe  duster over the blinds myself, which was covered by the time I finished. If your idea of a move out clean is a thourogh scrub down of an empty house, forget these guys - he even told me they don't expect their cleaners to get down and scrub floors, but even leaning on the mop would be an improvement. This is the first negative review I have ever been inspired to write. So disappointed.

They are $35 an hour for the service that she's providing because it doesn't fit in strictly with housekeeping. She shows up on time and she does what I ask her to. Sometimes she does funny things like put on the sheets sideways. I wouldn't say she's a real housekeeper, but that isn't exactly what I asked for. It is what it is, but she is very helpful as we are going through stuff and I'm saying like, donate this, throw this, keep this. She is really helpful on that side of it and I really needed some help in that regard. I had to have hip replacement so things I am asking her to do, I really can't do myself right now.

Rachel always leave the house looking great.  She is very responsive to requests, attentive to instructions, and careful to use what we ask her to for cleaning.  She is pleasant to work with, and we would recommend her without hesitation.

Wonderful company.  I initially contacted them in May of 2013.  I'd broken a number of ribs in an accident and had an important houseguest coming in and NEEDED to have someone clean the house in my stead on very short notice.  I spoke with Claire and she was able to schedule a cleaner within a week.  The cleaner did a very good job and I was very pleased.
I've had Minute Women come in twice a month ever since.  The visit is usually between 2 and 2.5 hours and constitutes a thorough cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms and then vacuuming and light dusting in the rest of the house.  Sometimes we have the cleaner mop the hardwood floors (with Murphy's Oil Soap) in addition to vacuuming.

They were responsive and professional.  Our initial message was returned quite quickly, we received a call the day prior to confirm our appointment, and the service provider arrived a bit early.  The pricing is an hourly flat rate:  one rate if they provide the cleaning supplies, a lesser rate if you provide them. Overall their lower rate is consistent with that I've seen for other providers.  I think their higher rate is a bit steep simply because you can't use enough product to justify that differential.

I spent possibly about $1,500 with them. Their services were good and I found them to be reliable.

Their service was fantastic. We kept the same person every week for years and I think that's really neat. We never looked for anyone else. We have no complaints with them, whatsoever!

The only problems I was experiencing was the owner had originally indicated when I signed up 2 or more years ago that she'd check in periodically. I never saw her again though. There was no checking up. They are lately calling to change my regular cleaning dates as well. I'm pretty flexible so it's not a big problem but I'd prefer to stay on schedule like I was before.

Barbara F. showed up promptly, and was flexible with her available time. Simply a wonderful experience for us and for our very active, potty-training 2-year-old daughter (who asked the next day where Barbara was and missed her). Will definitely call next time we need help!
