It went really well. We actually did two projects with them and both were within budget. I think they have a good working relationship with their clients. They take the time to learn about what their clients are really looking for and then propose solutions based on that. We will definitely use them again.

I like their attention to detail.

Total Kitchen and bathroom renovation.

My review of this provider is mostly because nothing happened. I inquired about a kitchen remodeling project. It was very difficult to get their attention despite the fact that I used their web "contact us" interface. Initially I was told that it was a glitch in the system, so I tried again to try to establish contact. After a couple of failed attempts at connecting, it made me think, "How difficult would it be to get in contact with them during a job, if they can't do it BEFORE they even get the job?" Eventually I was able to speak to Mr. Feinmann himself. Rather than coming out to see the kitchen, he requested pictures. Once I sent in the pictures, no response whatsoever. I guess the remodeling job was too small for him and his company, but I would have expected the basic courtesy of saying so at least. Terrible communicator!

All of the people at Feinmann were excellent -- very professional and great to work with. Our project manager was very responsive and did a great job of managing everyone involved and communicating with me. She spent a lot of time helping me make aesthetic and practical decisions, and helping me understand the tradeoffs involved. All of the workers did a high-quality job. They stand by their work, and have been responsive even a year later when we called back with related issues. I would highly recommend them, especially for work which requires some design. Their design-build approach works really well; because they have architects and designers integrated into the process you can feel confident the results are going to be beautiful, and because they do a very thorough job estimating the work up-front you can be sure there will be no surprises in the end. I would definately use them again.

It was extremely good. They were very prompt and detailed. They cleaned up well. They do large scale and smaller scale jobs as well.

We have used their services before. The quality was very good and they managed the project very well. The design process went really well. They really worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. They had generally very high quality craftsmanship.
