Called, scheduled time.  Mr. Costello arrived and did the work with total professionalism and excellent skill.  Was careful in sorting out the many unused wires from the ones used to our old house, removed old wiring, and fixed a few small defects that he noticed while on the job at no additional charge.

When they are coming to do the job we absolutely don’t worry about it. They do the job for absolutely a fair price. They come whenever we want and they come over and do the job. They show me good results. They don’t do perfectionist type of work but they do it for a perfect enough level for an electrical work. We don’t want a perfect electrician but we want the one who does it really well, doesn’t break anything and has the carpet cleaned too. They have wired our entire house both the bottom and the top in the last three years. Recently we reckoned our garage and they had to come over and pick up on the electrical service. They had to work on the outside as well as the inside the house. They are reliable, honest and hardworking individuals to work with. My overall experience with them has been good.

ED IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY PLEASANT. HE IS VERY HARD TO GET HOLD OF (IN FAIRNESS, HIS ANSWERING MACHINE WARNS OF THAT), AND THIS SOMETIMES CAUSED PROBLEMS WITH TIGHT SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS. IN ADDITION, THE NEW MAIN PANEL WE WANTED TURNED OUT TO BE A SPECIAL ORDER AND WE ENDED UP WAITING MONTHS FOR IT TO ARRIVE. NOT ED'S FAULT, BUT THERE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER COMMUNICATION BEFORE THE NON-CANCELABLE ORDER WAS PLACED. IN GENERAL, EXCELLENT WORK, BUT PROBLEMS WITH CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE VERY FRUSTRATING AT TIMES. HOWEVER, ED ALSO SAW MORE ISSUES AND HAD MORE IDEAS AND OPTIONS FOR US THAN THE OTHER TWO CONTRACTORS WE GOT QUOTES FROM. IT'S NOT HIS SKILLS THAT MAKE ME DOWNGRADE HIM TO ''B'' GRADE.

THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE, ED IS A VERY NICE GUY. YOU GET THE FEELING HE REALLY SPENDS TIME, DOES QUALITY WORK AND IS MORE CONCERNED WITH THAT THAN WITH MONEY. WE DID HAVE SOME MISCOMMUNICATIONS, HE IS SLOW TO ANSWER CALLS, HE CANCELLED ON A MINOR JOB SHORTLY BEFORE WE NEEDED HIM TO DO IT (A FEW DAYS). HE SEEMED TO BE IRRITATED AFTER HE CALLED AND LEFT A TIME FOR A MAJOR JOB. HE MADE THE ASSUMPTION THAT IT WAS OK AND SEEMED IRRITATED WHEN WE FINALLY REACHED HIM TO TELL HIM THAT IT WAS NOT A GOOD TIME. THAT PART WAS NOT VERY PLEASANT. NONETHELESS I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN AND INTEND TO USE HIM FOR OUR MAJOR UPGRADE IF HE CAN FIT US IN. I THINK HE IS HARD TO REACH BECAUSE HE IS A HIGH QUALITY PERSON WHO REFUSES TO USE A CELL PHONE AND THAT MAKES IT HARDER, BUT PROBABLY WORTH IT IN THE END FOR THE QUALITY AND THE ETHICS HE SEEMS TO PRACTICE.

THIS GUY WAS EXCELLENT! REPLACED A FUSE THAT WAS 'ABOUT' TO GO AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. WAS RELIABLE, HONEST, MORE THAN COMPETENT AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM WITHOUT RESERVATION.
