HE HAD A CONTRACT JOB DURING THE WEEK SO WHEN I CONTACTED HIM HE WAS ONLY TAKING JOBS FOR THE WEEKENDS. HE CAME OUT 2XS TO SEE THE JOBS TO BE DONE. HE COMMUNICATED WELL VIA E-MAIL ASKING FOR CLARIFICATIONS. HE ALSO PROPOSED A FEW DIFFERENT SOLUTIONS VIA E-MAIL SO THAT WE COULD MAKE A DECISION ON WHAT SHOULD BE DONE (WE WERE PUTTING THE CONDO ON THE MKT) DEPENDING ON WHAT OUR INTENT WAS. HE WAS ON TIME. THE ONLY SLIGHT NEGATIVES WERE THAT HE PERSUADED US AGAINST DOING SOME JOBS THAT WERE MORE LABOR INTENSIVE AND THE JOBS TOOK A BIT LONGER THAN EXPECTED.

BOTH HOWIE AND HIS COLLEAGUE BRIAN WERE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH, EXTREMELY ORGANIZED, CONSCIENTIOUS, RELIABLE AND HELPFUL. THEY WORKED LONG HOURS TO COMPENSATE FOR TIME LOST BECAUSE OF A SNOWSTORM JUST TO GET THE JOB DONE ON TIME. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

VERY NICELY DONE, PRICE WAS GOOD, HE WAS PROMPT. HE WAS VERY HONEST, SUGGESTED THAT WE NOT DO THINGS THAT WEREN'T NECCESARY
