THEY WERE THE LOWEST RATES WE FOUND AND THEY DON'T USE ANY GIMICKS TO HIDE FEES. AS FIRST-TIME HOME BUYERS IT WAS GREAT TO HAVE SOMEONE WORKING FOR US WHO WAS RESPONSIVE TO OUR QUESTIONS AND WILLING TO GIVE US LOTS OF GUIDANCE THROUGH THE PROCESS. THEY ALSO WERE ABLE TO PROCESS THINGS VERY QUICKLY FOR A FAST CLOSING. BOTTOM LINE: GREAT SERVICE, GREAT RATES.
