Last fall, Chris did an amazing job getting us a mortgage with a great rate in only two weeks. We were trying to sell our old house and buy our new house on the same day, and the timing was very tight. She managed to get us a mortgage in only two weeks and meet the deadline for our closing. What is more, when our buyer's mortgage fell through, she got them a mortgage in only ten days. Through the whole rushed process, Chris and her assistant remained amazingly cheerful, helpful, and efficient. It is now ten months later and we are refinancing with Chris. She has all of our information saved so that we don't need to bring in the same paperwork again and her rates again match the best published rates that I have seen.

I called this company based on the high ratings I found on Angie's List. I spoke with Chris Smith and told her I was looking to refinance my house. She asked me to get some information for her and to call her back. I got that information the following day and called back. She didn't answer so I left a message, including my name and number. She never returned my call. So I called back again a couple days later and left another message with all of my contact information, and again no response. I don't know how anyone can run a successful business and treat potential clients like that! I'll never recommend her to anyone.
