When I initially spoke to Woody, he was very clear and up-front about costs and suggested a quick survey in order to provide a more accurate estimate. During the survey he made helpful suggestions. He also agreed to do the work on a weekend morning, in order to avoid interfering with the movers. He was punctual, courteous and professional. He worked cleanly and did a great job at a reasonable price. He definitely went above and beyond by working around my schedule on a weekend.
